Great Vet! - TUSCALOOSA, AL Businesses

I travel out of town a lot and this place is nice for boarding my dogs. The vet and staff are great. The only complaints I have is the location and the facilities. Parking is an issue, I get blocked in half the time I go there. Also, the prices aren't bad, but the facilities there for boarding are not quite what they should be in my opinion. My previous vet offered runs where the dogs could go in and out as they please where this vet keeps them in cages and lets them out periodically. The other vet also includes a bath and nail trim in the price for only a few dollars more. I had mine bathed and trimmed here once and it costs an additional $10 per dog. Plus, they were not ready when I came to pick them up. One of them came out soaking wet. Still, overall I would say it's a nice place. Dr.Threadgill saved my puppies/mama dogs lives!!!!!!!! - TUSCALOOSA, AL Businesses

We had a traumatic birth event and had 5 pups born dead and thanks to Dr. Threadgill and his Wonderful staff and associate Drs. we have 2 wonderful 6 weeks old pups now and a healthy mom who did not have to have surgery! They went over and beyond their duty to attend to us and our fur babies and I would recommend them to ANYone who needs a Great vet!! They are Superb!! Quick Positive: He came out to see us on a Sunday and gave us a number to reach him at anytime of the day or night if we had any birthing problems....which we did!! Quick Negative: Did not like the answering service not being able to get in touch with him and give him a message for us, only referred us to the Emergi-Vet Office,,,,Thank God we Had a number to reach him, anyway!!

I can just drop the animals off there in the morning, tell the people there that the cat or dog has such and such symptoms or whatever. Then pick them up after work and all is done. The people there have always been pleasant and seem to have good knowledge of their specialty. I think they've been there for years because I've used them for about 5 years myself. I'd recommend this animal clinic to anyone. Not sure if they do horses and other large animals like that though. Quick Positive: The people are nice. Quick Negative: The parking lot is small with that little part of the curb in the middle.
