Thanks!! My husband was complaining today about a the lack of consideration from a company (NOT BURNUM HAHN) a glass company and he said "besides the technician from Burnum Hahn, nobody ever says or does what they say they're gonna do" He said "they (Burnum Hahn)are the only ones that ever show up when they say they're going to". That prompted me write this review. It really is sad that businesses these days can make it and not stay true their word. That is why I am so happy with my service with Burnum Hahn. Burnum Hahn have always been professional, extremely pleasant and thorough and if we have ever had a tough critter problem (one summer when the weather drove them in), they have made sure to come back to make sure those critters were not running a muck in our home.
