My transaction with ERP was via the internet. I'd had occasion to purchase racing equipment, one component of which unfortunately proved to be defective. ERP immediately stepped up and put me in touch with the manufacturer's technical people to try and effect a field repair. When this proved impossible, ERP offered to exchange the unit or refund the full purchase price. Throughout the entire transaction, ERP staff member (Rodney) was friendly, efficient, helpful and polite. I recommend this company and their staff without reservation!
