Before my daughter bought a book, she ask about the return policy and was told as long as it was still in the shrink wrap she could return it but when she went to return it she was told that she was a day to late, even though she bought it on monday and returned it on thursday. Management was very unprofessional when I called to ask her about it and even hung up on me. Needless to say we will never buy another book from them or recommend them to anyone. Oh..we found the book $20 cheaper at another store. I felt like she was taken advantage of because she is only 16 and didnt really know any better but now she has seen how other people will take advantage of you.
